This is the moment over 200 beer crates tumble off a small van as it overturned on the street while making a sharp turn.
Dash-cam footage captured the moment countless beer bottles cascaded off the open back of the van in the middle of traffic in Baoji, in China’s north-western Shaanxi Province, on 19th February.
Secured with only four seemingly thin straps, the 200 crates stacked in the back of the van collapsed after dangerously tilting to the side as the driver attempted a right turn.
In another video filmed by the same motorist whose dash cam captured the crash, hundreds of glass bottles could be seen shattered to pieces and scattered across the street.
The beer had spilt all over the asphalt, later prompting a massive clearing operation to unblock traffic.

No injuries have been reported by Chinese media.
The incident garnered widespread attention on Douyin, China’s version of TikTok, by the unnamed motorist who recorded the scene.
One user titled ‘Uh-huh’ who seemingly witnessed the accident said: “I’ve been stuck in traffic for a long time.”
User ‘Mountains and flowing water,’ wrote: “The crates are stacked too high, and if you don’t slow down when turning, you will inevitably get into an accident!”
And ‘Lanji proprietress’ commented: “No wonder the alcohol didn’t arrive at my store today.”
