Firemen Rescue Cute Tot Trapped In Washing Machine

This video seen a million times online shows a curious boy who found himself trapped in the narrow drum of his family’s washing machine.

The child, four, had climbed into the spin dryer when his parents were not looking and had could only cry for help when he failed to free himself.

His helpless parents had to call firefighters in the city of Jinzhou in China’s north-eastern province of Liaoning on the morning of 5th October.

Rescue footage shared by the fire service shows the firemen having lifted the plastic tumbler containing the boy out of the washing machine.

The child’s body and arms is seen tightly trapped in the spin dryer, with only the boy’s head sticking out the top.,

In the video, one of the rescuers shields the boy’s face and head as the other begins cutting open the cylindrical plastic container with a saw.

The rescue operation lasted about 30 minutes, the fire service said.

The boy, who did not cry throughout the rescue, is quickly reunited with his family members.

The curious tot was not harmed and did not require any hospital treatment, rescuers reported.
