This is the moment two women that have been stripped down to their underwear are whipped on the bum with nettles by two men to punish them for being drunk.

The incident was filmed in the garden of one of the victims in the city of Tomsk in the Russian region of Tomsk Oblast after the two men reportedly found them drunk at home.

The pair were then dragged out into the garden and tied to a porch roof. Their trousers were then lowered so they could be ‘spanked’ on the behind with a clutch of nettles.

In the footage, a woman is seen being whipped on the behind as one man says: “Oh, how good! So good. Disinfection, girls!”

According to the news site NTV, one victim named Tatiana said her own son took part in the incident as a way of making his mother get the booze out of her body.

She added: “We were tied for over an hour and they poured cold water from a bucket on us three times. I could not even sit down for two or three days because of my injuries.”

Neither woman filed a complaint about the incident, however, the local authorities have now become involved after the video was widely shared on social media on 1st August.

The Ministry of Internal Affairs in Tomsk said: “Following the posting of the video on the internet, police officers have carried out checks and started establishing the circumstances behind the incident.

“Based on the results of the checks, a decision will be taken in accordance with the law.”

Tomsk police have begun searching for the two men involved in the incident but have not confirmed their identities.
