This is the moment an alleged brazen female thief wriggles up into a claw machine and steals giant soft toys before slipping back out with ease.

The alleged crook wearing sandals, shorts and a pink hoodie is now being sought by police over the alleged theft of three large soft toys.

Footage from the coin-operated business in New Taipei City’s Sanchong District in North Taiwan shows the suspect, who is reportedly around 30 years old, sticking her head into the claw machine chute.

It happened at 3:16am local time on 3rd December when no one else was around, the shopkeeper reported.

The woman, who appears to be after the Minnie Mouse toy as well as another pink plush, manages to squeeze her entire body up the arcade game’s dispenser.

She wriggles and twists in the tiny space until she appears to grab the pink toy of Angel, who is Stitch’s love interest from the 2006 Disney animation Leroy and Stitch.

The woman then kicks off her sandals and climbs deeper into the machine until she is able to reach the sought-after Minnie Mouse cuddly toy too.

She appears to pluck both from the chute as she climbs out the same way she went in.

According to reports, the shopkeeper discovered the incident after finding the chute flap damaged the following day.

A review of the CCTV footage revealed the series of events leading to a reported loss of roughly 3,000 TWD (75 GBP).

Local authorities said they had already identified the suspect’s whereabouts and would summon her for questioning.

According to police and the owner, the suspect allegedly stole a third toy too but it is unclear what it was.
