Accused Quavi Janai Young, 26, had driven into the branch in Brevard County, in the US state of Florida, demanding the triple burger bundle, which reportedly includes a double cheeseburger, a cheeseburger, a Big Mac, and two medium fries.

But the item was not on that McDonald’s menu, so the furious Young drove up to the next window at the drive-thru.

She reportedly demanded that they take her order, and when the worker asked her what the problem was and why she was so angry, in response, Young allegedly pulled out the gun and pointed it at the worker, saying “she’ll push her sh*t back”, according to the arrest report, which Newsflash obtained from the Brevard County Sheriff’s Office.

Police arrested Young at the fast food joint moments after the shocking standoff on Thursday, 16th March.

The Cocoa Police Department, from the city of Cocoa, said that when they arrived at the McDonald’s, they found a black M&P gun with a drum-style magazine “capable of holding up to 50 rounds” on the passenger seat of Young’s car.

She was charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, open carrying a firearm and driving with a suspended licence.

The investigation is ongoing.
