Rare Moment Thousands Of Fireworks Are Seen From Plane Flying Over The Spectacle

This spectacular footage shows thousands of fireworks seen from a plane flying above the colorful display in celebration of Chinese New Year’s Eve.

The breathtaking scenery was filmed by Ms Jia, who was flying from Shenzhen to her hometown of Zhengzhou, in China’s central Henan Province, to celebrate the holiday with her family.

In a video, shared by Jia on Douyin, China’s version of TikTok, on 9th February, countless fireworks were seen going off in a glorious light show as seen from inside the aircraft.

According to Jia, the plane was passing right over the skies of southern Hunan Province.

When the clock struck exactly midnight, the flight attendants urged everyone aboard to look out the window, treating them to the rare and captivating sight.

Jia exclaimed at the sight of the sky filled with blooming fireworks. Saying it was too beautiful and truly awe-inspiring.

She said in the caption: “At midnight, the cabin crew reminds to look outside the window. Countless lights, and firecrackers resounding.

The Lunar New Year, also known as the Chinese New Year, is the most important traditional festival celebrated in many East Asian countries, including China, Vietnam, Korea, and others.

The date of the Lunar New Year is determined by the lunar calendar, and it usually falls between 21st January and 20th February.
