The astonishing video captures a father’s heartwarming surprise for his daughter as he brings her home via a small aircraft.

In the clip, the father identified only as Wang, from the city of Lu’an. In China’s eastern Anhui Province, can be seen walking along with his seven-year-old daughter to the aircraft on 30th January.

Wang, who works as a flight instructor, then took an endearing initiative and encouraged his daughter to board the small aircraft for an unexpected journey home.

In a heartwarming display of affection, he piloted the aircraft himself, ensuring his daughter’s memorable trip. She can even be seen falling asleep at one point in the video.

Wang disclosed that his daughter is accustomed to flying, as he has been taking her on similar flights since her preschool years.

He said: “Laws and regulations stipulate that only those over 17 years old can obtain a pilot license, but there is no age limit for flying experiences, so children can fly on small planes as long as their physical condition allows it.”

The video triggered many comments after it was shared on China’s version of TikTok, Douyin, later that day. It has reached more than 94,000 likes and another 51,000 shares as of 2nd February.

Douyin user ‘The fourth lady of the Zhang family’ said: “Low-altitude flights should be allowed. Everyone can fly planes, and there will be no traffic jams on the road.”

Then user ‘Woke up.’ commented: “Everyone is searching for: How much does a small plane cost?”

And ‘The avenue is invisible’ added: “Three feet off the ground, I can’t help myself, I admire it.”
