This 38-year-old former adult actress once dubbed the ‘Queen of Porn’ has shared photos of the final results of her dramatic body transformation after she gained 22 lbs before undergoing ops on five body parts.
Miriam Sanchez, better known in adult entertainment as Lucia Lapiedra, decided to undergo the operations to get back her famous figure after several years out of the public eye.
Lapiedra posted photos of the final results on Twitter alongside the message: “I look very beautiful. I stopped drinking coke, eating fries and sauces as well as listening to people who always p*ss me off.”
Following the ops, the former porn star said she lost eight kilogrammes (1.3 stone) in weight.
She wrote on Twitter: “The pictures have not been Photoshopped. I have changed a lot and stopped eating junk food. Plus I had surgery of course. The best in Madrid, I am eight kilogrammes lighter.”
Twitter user ‘Paqui’ wrote: “You look beautiful, you did well to stop listening to negative people.”
‘Kriskriskriskr5’ said: “You look spectacular, you are now ready to win Big Brother VIP!”
The Spanish porn star won the Spanish edition of the popular reality show ‘Survivor’ in 2008 and began to appear on other terrestrial TV shows more frequently.

She explained on Twitter: “A lot of time passed and I gained over 10 kilogrammes (22 lbs).
“That is why, together with CEME (the clinic), we are going to reshape my image so I can look better and feel good about myself.”
After Lapiedra piled on the weight, she reportedly underwent ‘lipotransfer’ operations on her tummy, thighs, chin, arms and boobs.
