This is the moment a bloodied young man is beaten to the ground after a minor traffic accident moments before his aggressor gets back in his car and drives over his unconscious body.

The incident followed a minor crash involving two cars in the municipality of Amozoc in the south-eastern Mexican state of Puebla.

Three men jumped out of a black VW Pointer and allegedly beat up the driver of a Chevrolet after he bumped into them in traffic, according to reports.

In the video, one of the suspects is seen throwing the unnamed Chevy driver to the ground before appearing to kick him in the head.

During the incident, a man in the background is heard shouting at them to stop the violence.

However, as the victim lies motionless on the ground with a bloodied face, the trio get back in their car and then drive over his midriff, apparently intentionally.

Eyewitnesses immediately called the emergency services who rushed the unnamed victim to hospital in a critical condition, according to reports.

There have been no further updates on the young man’s condition.

The local authorities have yet to confirm whether they are investigating the shocking incident.
