Metal Shutter Bends Like Tinfoil In Strong Wind And Nearly Takes Out Warehouse Owner

This is the moment a metal shutter bends like tinfoil in strong wind and nearly seriously injures a Chinese warehouse owner.

The incident was filmed by a CCTV camera in the Chinese megacity of Chongqing last week.

The Chongqing Meteorological Bureau had issued a weather warning on 28th September before the incident at the warehouse took place later that day.

In the CCTV footage, the warehouse owner is seen checking the closed metal shutter before looking at his phone as the strong wind howls in the background.

The shutter suddenly bends like tinfoil and is quickly blown off its hinges as the man scarpers in fear.

The shutter crashes to the floor as the owner runs to the other side of the warehouse, seeking shelter among a pile of boxes.

A strong gust then catches the shutter and lifts it off the floor, sending it flying against the man’s van.

The large metal sheet is seen scratching and denting the vehicle’s bodywork before coming to rest on top of some boxes while the man seemingly films with his phone.

The shutter’s front is raised from the floor and likely to be lifted again by the next strong gust, however the man appears to be more concerned with filming the scene.

Local media said no one was injured in the incident, although it is unclear how the warehouse owner resolved the issue with the shutter.
