This is the moment an alleged escaping thief makes four attempts to smash his way through locked shop doors before eventually breaking through and fleeing.
The incident was filmed by the shop’s CCTV camera in the city of Zenica in central Bosnia and Herzegovina after workers closed the glass doors on the suspect to keep him inside the store until the police arrived.
However, the closed doors could not hold the thief back and he is seen frantically smashing them open with repeated shoulder barges in the CCTV footage.
In the video, the bespectacled thief is seen running at the closed doors and repeatedly ramming them with his shoulder.
On the fourth attempt, a small gap appears after he had previously managed to splinter the glass, and the man is able to squeeze his body through.
While holding what appears to be a black bag, he is last seen sprinting along the pavement.
According to reports, the local authorities have identified the male suspect and believe he is the same suspect responsible for recently robbing another store in the city of Zenica.
It is unclear whether the police have been able to track him down yet.
