This is the moment two excited boys’ cheers turns to silence when one of them breaks the TV while helping their favourite superhero fight on the screen.
One of the boy’s mothers discovered the incident when checking her CCTV footage at her home in the city of Heze in the eastern Chinese province of Shandong on 27th October.
The mother, named as Ms Dai, shared the clip on TikTok where the two boys are seen whipping themselves into a frenzy over a fight scene on the screen.
However, their cheers suddenly turn to silence when one lad whacks the screen with a small broom.
The young lads were watching the Japanese-produced TV series ‘Ultraman Taiga’ when they were overcome with emotion.
Ms Dai said she has already spoken to the children about the matter, adding that she saw the funny side of the incident despite being angry at first.
She is not the only mother to find out one of her kids had broken the TV when reviewing home security footage.
In August, a nappy-wearing tot was filmed throwing a toy dumper truck at the TV screen while trying to defend Ultraman from a villain.
The incident was filmed at the boy’s home in the city of Chengdu in the Chinese province of Sichuan.
The young lad was watching ‘Ultraman Taiga’ when he was overcome with emotion during one particular fight scene, and decided to wade in and help out his hero.
In the home surveillance footage, the tot is seen picking up a plastic toy and hurling it at the screen as Ultraman fights a foe, apparently to defend his beloved superhero.
The excited lad then pulls a superhero pose before picking up a nearby plastic container and hitting the TV again. He then throws the container behind him and knocks over a bin.
The young boy then stops his superhero game and neatly tidies up the mess he made, picking up the fallen rubbish items and placing them back in the bin.
The footage ends with the boy jumping excitedly in front of the damaged TV to watch the rest of Ultraman on the part of the TV that is still functioning.
The boy’s mother Ms Liu said she did not realise the TV was broken for a while, later discovering how it got damaged when reviewing the CCTV video and adding that they went out and bought a new one afterwards.
