This is the moment a drunk topless thug chases after a man in the street before tripping him up and repeatedly stamping on his head leaving him motionless on the pavement.

The shocking incident occurred near a nightclub in the city of Aktobe, on the Ilek River in Kazakhstan and was recorded by a CCTV camera at around 5am.

In the video, a topless man, named in reports as Yerbolat Sarkulov, can be seen chasing after another man who has not been identified in local media.

Sarkulov catches up with the man and trips him up. The man falls to the ground and Sarkulov then begins repeatedly stamping on his head and punching his body.

The thug then appears to say something to his victim before kicking him in the face and stamping on his head again.

The victim is then left sprawled motionless on the pavement as Sarkulov walks away.

According to the head of the press service of the Police Department of the Aktobe region, the suspect was quickly arrested and he is currently being held as a pre-trial investigation is underway.

The victim is reportedly in a serious condition in hospital and suspect Sarkulov is quoted in local media as saying: “The incident occurred near a nightclub along Abulkhair Khan Avenue. We drank, we fought… 

“I can note that neither the security guards nor the administration of this nightclub made any attempts to settle the conflict, they did not call the police. The call to the emergency services was after everything had already happened.”
