This is the moment a bungling undertaker reverses to pick up a coffin with a body inside which dropped out of the boot of his hearse and blocked the road.
The incident took place in the city of Saltillo, in the northeastern Mexican state of Coahuila after a coffin with a body inside fell from car as it had reportedly not been secured correctly.
In the video, the driver of the hearse, who has not been named, can be seen reversing before getting out of the vehicle.
The boot is open and a coffin can be seen on the tarmac of the road as other drivers help lift the coffin.
They then place the coffin back into the hearse along with the wreaths as a woman can be heard saying “he had not even realised”.
The name of the undertaker was not revealed and it is unknown if the driver has been sanctioned for his mistake.

Local media report the coffin did not break in the incident. It is unclear if the incident took place during a funeral.
The videos were widely commented on by netizens such as ‘MullfCvNjDo5tTf’ who said: “Maybe the dead one did not want to go, he wanted to have a walk under the wheels of the lorries”.
‘isaias_om’ commented: “Luckily nothing happened to the dead man”.
