The sickening clips show what seem to be a human stomach, a pancreas, bile ducts, half a skull, and even a brain.

Local media named the victim as 58-year-old Blanca Arellano Gutierrez.

The suspect – 37-year-old Juan Pablo Jesus Villafuerte Pinto – was studying human medicine and biotechnology before his arrest in Lima over the gruesome killing.

Blanca had travelled to the Peruvian capital on 27th July to see Villafuerte in person for the first time after meeting him online through the game Fortnite.

But her family suddenly stopped hearing from her on 7th November and she was quickly considered a missing person by officials in Peru.

When contacted by her family, Villafuerte replied that Blanca had grown tired of him and had returned to Mexico.

But on 9th November, fishermen in Huacho, where the two had been living, found the faceless head of a woman.

Hours later, they found an arm with a ring on one of the fingers, which lacked fingertips.

And the next day, a torso without organs was found at the end of a canal that flows into the sea.

Investigators quickly found that the canal passes in front of Jose Faustino Sanchez Carrion National University, where Villafuerte is a student.

Forensic experts determined that the victim’s face had been removed by someone experienced with surgical instruments.

After evidence mounted that the remains belonged to Blanca, police seized Villafuerte on accusations of femicide, human trafficking, and organ trafficking on 14th November.

According to local media, he exercised his right to remain silent, and as soon as he left the police station, he departed for Lima.

But officials issued a preventive detention order against him, and he was caught and arrested in the Peruvian capital on 17th November.

When police had searched his home the day after taking his statement, they had found traces of hair and blood.

Upon being questioned after his arrest, Villafuerte protested his innocence to police but then contradicted himself straight away by alluding to Blanca’s dissection.

He reportedly made the bizarre claim: “I am a university student, I pay for my studies by doing the work of others, helping future doctors in exams.”

And now local media are reporting that Villafuerte uploaded gruesome videos of his victim’s organs to TikTok, where he had more than 3,600 followers at the time of writing.

The revolting images appear to show a human stomach, a pancreas, bile ducts, half a skull, and even a brain.
