This is the moment a woman driver foolishly uses a can of pepper spray as a throwing weapon against a man’s car but he then grabs it to spray it at her.

And the woman is now demanding that the man be prosecuted by cops for using her own pepper spray against her after the incident in the Seyhan district of Adana province, in southern Turkey.

The woman driver, identified as Elif Kuru, had been forced to stop at the side of the road by the driver of a white van after a row over who had right of way at a junction.

However, as the white van driver goes round the back of his vehicle to get back in the car, the blonde woman can be seen taking the pepper spray and throwing it at full force against the white van’s windscreen.

It bounces in the air, and lands on the bonnet with both the white van driver and the woman driver trying to grab it.

But the man is quicker and he uses it as it was intended, apparently spraying it at the woman.

He then reportedly climbed in his car and left the scene but the incident was recorded on a smartphone camera by a local woman who posted it online.

The woman who was apparently sprayed in the face has now filed a criminal complaint against the white van driver who has not yet been identified.

Local media said she had taken a doctor’s report detailing her alleged injuries from the pepper spray to the Institute of Forensic Medicine, saying: “He attacked me with pepper spray, I want him to be caught and punished accordingly.”

The police have confirmed they have launched an investigation into the case.
