Gorgeous pop star Nicole Scherzinger has shown off her flexible figure in tight sportswear after jetting into Jakarta to rehearse with her “girls”.

The 41-year-old former Pussycat Doll shared several snaps of her working out and rehearsing with a team of flexible dancers for her four million Instagram followers.

The sexy American, who was born in Hawaii and raised in Kentucky, said: “First stop after touching down in Jakarta [Indonesian capital], rehearsals with my girls!

“We are so excited, we servin’ shapes givin’ lewks honaays!”

Scherzinger also shared several photos of her working out on her own in the Indonesian capital while wearing the same Lycra get up.

In one snap, the singer is seen working up a sweat as she performs lunges on a blue box.

Another image shows Scherzinger, who has reportedly been dating Bulgarian tennis player Grigor Dimitrov since 2016, striking a yoga pose with her hands clasped together.

The former Pussycat Doll accompanied the images with the message: “I travel so much it’s so important for me to sweat it out. It’s not only for physical being, but mostly for my mental well-being.

“It keeps me centred, focused, strong and helps me get in the right frame of mind for my work ahead.

“Preparation is key. Prepare yourself so when the opportunity comes, you are ready!”

Over the weekend, Scherzinger, who is currently appearing on British TV as a judge for ‘The X Factor: Celebrity’, shared a photo of her with her colleagues Simon Cowell and Louis Walsh.

She wrote alongside the snap: “Reunited and it feels so good. Excited to be back on [The X Factor: Celebrity] with these two.
