The boy had constantly pushed the table with his feet as he was feeling uncomfortable in the baby seat, according to eyewitnesses.

His family seemingly had not sensed his frustration, as they were too busy chatting while enjoying their lunch.

But shortly after the boy suddenly pushed the table too hard with his feet, toppling backwards where he hit the ground along with the chair. In the process, he reportedly hit his head on the floor.

Restaurant staff who witnessed the scene added: “The toddler cried loudly before he fainted.”

The child’s father then quickly brought the boy to a private clinic where the physician in charge told him to immediately take him to a hospital.

The doctor claimed there was no time to waste as the boy’s condition seemed very serious.

An autopsy performed at the forensic department of Hospital Sultanah Aminah (HSA) revealed that there were no criminal elements that contributed to the child’s death.

Police have meanwhile continued investigating the case.
