Standing over him is the unnamed suspect, who continues to hit him while emptying his pockets.
While the aggressor continues to kick the unconscious man’s head, a stallholder intervenes and pushes him away.
In the next scene, paramedics are seen helping the victim, still unconscious, into a stretcher.
According to local media, the suspect was arrested several streets away shortly after the incident.
Meanwhile, the victim is being treated at the Hospital General Balbuena. There have been no further updates on his condition.
The investigation continues.
