This is the moment a young girl blowing bubbles narrowly avoids being hit by tandem paragliders who dodge her by mere inches and crash into the back of a Lexus upon landing.

The startling incident occurred in the town of Kungur in Perm Krai, a federal subject located in western Russia as the ‘Heavenly Fair’ aeronautic festival was taking place.

In the video, a young girl, who has not been named in reports, can be seen creating bubbles with a wand when the woman recording suddenly yelps in shock.

The young girl ducks out of the way as a pair of tandem paragliders shoot inches past her and into the back of a Lexus SUV.

The paragliders fall to the ground in a heap after setting off the Lexus’ alarm and the car’s owner has now admitted he should not have parked his car there as it was the landing area for the aeronautics festival.

The Head of the Paragliding Sport Federation, Igor Vekovshinin, told reporters that the drivers had ignored warning signs and parked their vehicles in a restricted area.

He said: “The pilot has bruised legs but the passenger was not injured. It happened because the car owners put their cars right on the runway. There are prohibition signs, but the drivers still parked their cars and left.”

Vekovshinin said he was glad nobody had been seriously injured in the incident and said the Lexus driver did not care about the damage done to the car because he had insurance.
