This is the moment a lorry driver coming around a bend loses control of his trailer which whips out and slams into a car and a scooter in the opposite lane.
The accident happened on the streets of Hejiang County, which is in the city of Luzhou in China’s south-western Sichuan Province, on 30th April.
Traffic camera footage shows the heavy goods vehicle driver by Ruan, who was identified by his surname, coming into a right bend on the road.

As Ruan, 45, turns to the right, inertia causes his trailer to continue straight until it slides out from behind the lorry, skidding sideways into the opposite lane.
In the video, the large trailer slams into a scooter carrying two people, surnamed Li and Du, knocking them onto the road.
The trailer then crashes into a people carrier driven by Zhou before righting itself and stopping.
County police say Li, 48, and his passenger Du, 45, both succumbed to fatal impact injuries and were later declared dead.
Zhou, 34, survived the crash in his car.
Lorry driver Ruan has been detained as further investigation continues.
The police did not reveal whether the lorry was speeding at the time of the crash.
