Two security guards have been arrested for this savage beating of a young blonde woman in her underwear after claims she broke one man’s phone and another man’s windscreen.

She had earlier reportedly thrown clothes out of a window before running out into the street in her underwear.

The young woman, who was reportedly aged 26, who was not named, was then finally grabbed by a group of men in an under construction building where she was manhandled and violently beaten while people stood outside and either did nothing or filmed what was happening. (CEN-CruelBeatingGirl-01.mp4)

The attack happened on the other side of the glass windows, where construction was being carried out on the new ‘ATB’ store. The young woman is first of all seen pushing open one of the heavy glass panes in order to crawl inside, seemingly to escape a group of jeering men that are following her.

She then sits herself down at a desk, taking a sip from a bottle of water that she throws over the security guard in a cap when he approaches.

She then climbs on the table and picks up a broom to defend herself, at which point a man in military fatigues grabs her, allowing the security guard to pick up a paint roller and start beating her. Another person, who protests at the beating, is then grabbed from behind by a bald man in a yellow T-shirt, and body slammed onto the ground where he too is also beaten with the paint roller.

One of the security guards then continues to beat both the woman and the bystander with the blonde woman held by the man in military fatigues. At some point, the man in the military fatigues decide she has had enough, and briefly let’s go but the security guard then continues to beat her, and then when she is forced to the floor, he starts kicking her.

At one point, she tries to leave the way she has come, but the security guard grabs her by the hair and drags her back inside where she cowers on the floor with her hands over her head surrounded by the men.

It ends with her crawling on all fours to try and hide behind a man in a rucksack who appears to be trying to defuse the situation.

It was later revealed that the security guard who attacked her was a 63-year-old who was supposed to be looking after the site, according to reports. His name was not revealed.

The identity of the other two men including the man in military fatigues and the broad-bearded man in a yellow T-shirt was also not revealed, although the man in the uniform is reportedly not a member of the armed forces.

Police who turned up a short while later interviewed the guard who said she had broken a phone.

The young woman was taken to hospital where she is being examined by psychologists with reports that she had suffered a nervous breakdown. But she reportedly did not suffer serious injuries from the beating. The man who tried to defend her was also treated but released after suffering no serious harm.

Two security guards, one aged 43, and the other being the 63-year-old, have reportedly been arrested on suspicion of having committed a crime under part 3 of article 266 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (hooliganism). It is unclear if the 43-year-old is the man in the yellow T-shirt or the man in military fatigues.

If convicted they face anything between two and five years in jail, according to the official website of the Dnipropetrovsk Oblast police.
