Social media star Dan Bilzerian has revealed how fellow influencer Salt Bae has been harassing him for months by continually sending him snaps of himself.

Celebrity restaurateur Salt Bae – real name Nusret Gokce – recently caused a stir after he was caught nagging Leo Messi for a photo after the World Cup final in Qatar.

The Turkish chef came in for criticism after he appeared to pester the Argentina captain for a handshake and photo, only apparently to be snubbed twice.

However, he finally got the snap he had been looking for, which he later shared with his nearly 50 million Instagram followers.

However, the snap did not appear to go down well with his followers, with one commenting: “You forced the photo, didn’t you? Messi doesn’t even know you.”

And another wrote: “Shame on you to interrupt such a special moment only because of your ill ego.”

And now American influencer Dan Bilzerian has revealed he has always known Salt Bae was “weird”, writing: “What a f*cking goofball.”

Bilzerian, 42, showed his nearly 34 million Instagram followers a clip of him scrolling through his inbox, revealing countless photos of Salt Bae sent by the chef himself.

The snaps show the celebrity chef surrounded by women, celebrities, animal carcasses, and even just posing on his own.

It is not clear why Salt Bae apparently sent so many photos of himself directly to Bilzerian, whose father is Wall Street corporate raider Paul Bilzerian.

Bilzerian wrote: “Everyone talking about how weird this Salt Bae is, I been knowing that for years.”
