This is the moment gorgeous Russian model Violetta Chikovani is dragged along the street on a mattress by a car as part of an online prank that led to her arrest.

The incident took place in the city of Volgograd in the south-western Russian region of Volgograd Oblast, and the video has been widely shared on social media.

Footage shows the model lying on a mattress that is dragged along the road by a car.

Chikovani, 25, who was crowned Miss Volgograd as well as Miss Student of Volgograd Oblast in 2015, said she was asked to take part in the prank by a popular influencer.

She originally shared the video on her social media account, but promptly deleted it when the police took an interest, according to local media.

Reports said that the stunning model was arrested along with the driver of the Mercedes used in the footage.

The unnamed driver said: “I was asked by my influencer friend to do this. I now understand it was a violation of traffic rules and was a silly act to take part in.”

According to reports, he was fined 1,500 RUB (16 GBP) for the prank.

Chikovani made the headlines in December when she was filmed dancing with oddball Russian bodybuilder ‘Popeye’.

In the footage, the dreamy brunette is seen wearing a figure-hugging red dress as she poses alongside Popeye, otherwise known as Kirill Tereshin, 23.
