These are the heartbreaking drawings of sexual abuse penned by a six-year-old girl who cops believe was abused by her Dad when she was four as he raped her 12-year-old sibling for getting bad marks at school.

Prosecutors believe the 48-year-old suspect, who has not been named, is responsible for raping two 12-year-old girls and a four-year-old girl in the city of Bacau in eastern Romania.

The investigation began when the suspect’s ex-wife checked his phone as he was visiting their 12-year-old daughter and she saw a video from his recent holiday with his new girlfriend and her daughter, also 12 years old.

She said in the video her ex-husband asks his girlfriend to go to buy something from a nearby shop and then calls the girl into his bedroom and forces her to perform oral sex on him.

The shocked mother then began wondering if her ex-husband had abused their own daughters and when she asked the 12-year-old the girl went quiet.

The mother then told the girl she could draw any abuse she had suffered, telling local media: “I told her to draw it for me, she did not want to, then she finally agreed to write a diary.

“I bought a vocabulary dictionary to help her express herself and she started to write that she cannot stand Wednesdays anymore, because that’s when her dad wants her to do things to him if she gets school marks under 8.”

Local media report the man would visit his daughter on Wednesdays and use “bad grades” as an excuse to rape her.

The 12-year-old girl told judges: “On a Wednesday, I do not remember the date, at the end of September 2016, my dad just picked me up from school, he told me that if I wanted to make up for my mistakes and get a new mobile phone, I had to do something, and after asking him what, he said I had to do it (…) 10 times. 

“Since I wanted to stop being punished, I accepted the deal he proposed to me, I did these gestures without knowing what they meant. My dad made me choose one day a week, so I chose Wednesday.”

She says her father then gave her a new mobile phone for Christmas as a reward for suffering the abuse.

The girl described her father as “untrustworthy, a womaniser, and immoral” to prosecutors and added: “He showed me pictures with 10 other women he was seeing.”

He allegedly sexually abused his younger daughter when she was four years old in 2014 but she only opened up about the abuse two years later. She also drew pictures of the abuse and in the images a young girl can be seen seemingly touching a man’s genitals.

Psychiatrists who are on the case say the 12-year-old girl is suffering from post-traumatic stress disorder caused by the sexual and emotional abuse.

The suspect has been charged with rape and is currently standing trial.

The abuse is said to have begun in 2014 and the crimes were reported to the police in 2016. The trial started on 14th March 2018 and is ongoing.
