Cruel online trolls have compared this stunning Playboy model to Michael Jackson after she posted this series of holiday snaps after apparently undergoing cosmetic surgery.
Bulgarian Playmate Desislava Dimitrova, 30, dubbed ‘Desi Photo Session’ by local media, has been holidaying in Turkey and she shared a series of snaps on social media for her 145,000 followers.
One Facebook photo shows the model posing in a bikini on a hotel balcony and many netizens compared her to Michael Jackson.

According to local media the model has several rhinoplasty, cheekbone, breast and chin operations.
The busty Playboy model recently said: “People have noticed the difference in me to how I used to be, and there is still much more to learn.
“I was a very different woman who used to get excited about nightclubs and hairstyles, but now I stay at home and read a lot of books.”
