This footage shows a man who female residents allege has been repeatedly hanging these used condoms on their door handles and lift notice boards in their block of flats.

The disgusting behaviour has concerned female homeowners and tenants living inside Block 4 of the Jinma Jiezuo Residential District in the coastal city of Dalian in north-eastern China’s Liaoning Province.

Images shared by residents show at least two occasions where the used condoms have been found hanging behind lift notice boards.

Similar rubbers, which appeared to be filled with semen, also appeared on door handles outside the homes of female residents, reports said.

Footage of the male suspect in question shows him allegedly leaving one of his used condoms behind a notice board on 22nd November.

Neighbours, however, have yet to identify him, and it is unclear whether he lives in the same high-rise tower block.

The residential district’s management office said it was taking the matter very seriously, but so far the suspect has not been found.

They said they would be increasing patrols and also immediately remove any condoms left in public spaces.

Local residents are expected to report the series of incidents to local police.
