This is the moment elderly passengers are forced to climb to get into a bus after the driver stopped next to a railing.
The incident was filmed by in the western Bulgarian capital Sofia and was later shared on Facebook where it has been viewed 140,000 times.

Reports said that passengers waiting at the stop were forced to perform ‘acrobatics’ to get on the bus.
The unnamed driver parked next to the railing and the group of mostly-elderly passengers had to scale it to reach the bus.

In the footage, an elderly woman is seen struggling to climb over the railing before eventually getting her foot stuck at the top.
Two senior gentlemen with plastic bags are the next passengers to struggle over the railing and enter the bus before the doors close and the vehicle moves on its way.

Local media did not mention whether this was a one-off incident or an everyday occurrence. It is also unclear why the driver did not move to a safer spot nearby.
However, one Facebook user explained that the local authorities renovated the area recently and the bus stop was moved to another area in front of a shopping centre which is inconvenient for the elderly passengers.
Netizen ‘Aleksandar Kostadinov’ commented: “A little bit of gymnastics never hurt anyone!”
‘Ljubomir Ivanov’ said: “The driver must be a fitness instructor.”
‘Slaveika Genova’ simply wrote: “Terrible!”
