The ‘Mexican Kim Kardashian’ has opened up on the amount of plastic surgery she has undergone while encouraging other women to do the same because “we can all buy our body”.

Former model and businesswoman Mariana Gonzalez, 38, nicknamed the ‘Mexican Kim Kardashian’, revealed all in a question and answer session with her 741,000 Instagram fans.

The curvy stunner, who comes from Tepatitlan in the central Mexican state of Jalisco, talked about the different cosmetic surgeries she has undergone since the age of 20.

She said: “(I have had) liposculpture, breast enlargement, my buttocks are from a fat transplant not implants, and I have done retouching to my face as well.

“I have had cheek surgery, double-chin lipo. I have lip filler, but it is filler. They also fill you in to mark this a little bit (pointing to the jaw). Not my nose, that is natural.

Liposculpture is a surgical technique that involves removing fat deposits to shape the figure. Bichectomy is a procedure to remove Bichat fat pads in the cheeks.

Mariana said that she feels comfortable with her implants and they never bother her.

She said: “Right now the implants feel so natural, if I could, I would show you so that you can see they feel and look very natural.”

The businesswoman, who is dating Vicente Fernandez Jr., the son of retired singer, actor, and film producer Vicente Fernandez, said the motive behind the video is to address taboos that exist around plastic surgeries.

She also shared the names of the clinics where she had her procedures to prevent women from falling into the hands of scammers.

During the question round, when one of her followers complimented her figure, Mariana replied: “Thanks darling, but now you know that everything you see is operated on, so you can have it and everybody else too.”

She added: “Get motivated because you can buy this, we can all buy our body.”
