This is the shocking moment two men carry a mattress which police say contained the dead body of the young girlfriend one of them killed during a jealous row the day before.

The body of Anastasia Karymova was reportedly taken by the pair to her parents house, where they then set the property alight in order to disguise the crime, say police.

The charred body of Anastasia, who came from the city of Vologda in the Russian region of Vologda Oblast, was found in her parent’s property after the fire brigade responded to a house blaze.

Meanwhile, the 23-year-old woman’s family reported her disappearance when she failed to return home from work.

During the investigation, the police interviewed relatives and neighbours and reviewed the CCTV footage of the victim’s apartment building that was filmed on 3rd December. It is suspected that the alleged murder happened the evening before.

As seen in the clip, a CCTV camera filmed the suspect and a friend carrying a large tied bundle, apparently disguised as bedding, to the entrance as several residents pass by.

At one point, a man enters the building with his dog that stops to sniff the heavy bundle on the floor as the two men take a break.

Several hours after the filmed incident in the building lobby, residents in the village of Lisitsyno reported smoke coming from a country house.

Firefighters attending the house blaze then came across the victim’s body that reportedly displayed signs of violence.

According to Russian media, the suspect, named as Timur Posternakovich, 27, killed his girlfriend during a jealous row at the apartment and then took her body to her parent’s house to set fire to it and cover his tracks.

He has reportedly been charged with murder by the local authorities.

The police are also trying to identify the second man in the video who apparently helped Posternakovich carry the body and dispose of it.
