The officer added: “On the day I was on duty, the motorcyclist was riding over the speed limit without a helmet or licence plate. I decided to stop and arrest him.”

However, after the biker burst into tears, the cop asked him what was wrong and the teen said it was his birthday and all his family members did not seem to care.

He reportedly stormed out of his brother’s home feeling neglected and was soon stopped by the police.

Officer Putthapong calmed the teen down before nipping to nearest 7-Eleven convenience store to buy him a cake and candles.

He then gifted the candlelit cake to the motorcyclist and let him off with a warning.
