A husband whose wife cut off his penis and flushed it down the toilet has told how he has forgiven her.
Daiane dos Santos Farias, 34, told the police she had done it when she heard how he had bedded her 15-year-old niece.
Professional cook Daiane first teased her husband into thinking they were going to have kinky sex, enticing him with a text message saying she planned to wear erotic lingerie.
But after lashing his arms and legs to the bed with her underwear and getting him erect, Daiane pulled out a razor and hacked off his manhood, she confessed.
Now her husband, who has not been named, has told his agonising side of the gruesome bedroom encounter at the family home in Atibaia, Sao Paulo, Brazil, on 22nd December.
The man said: “It all happened very quickly.”
He said his wife suddenly squeezed his genitals in the dark and cut off his penis with the razor. He said: “Then I pushed her, I put my hand on her organ and it was gushing a lot of blood and I asked ‘why did you do that?”
Daiane’s husband claimed his wife was “possessive” and “jealous” and had broken his new mobile phone in an earlier attack.

He said: “She said it was bad for our relationship, but I would never have imagined it could get to that point, right?”
The 39-year-old husband added: “She is a person who will have a negative impact on my life forever.
“But as I say all the time, I have faith, first and foremost, in God, and nothing happens in life without God’s permission.
“Unfortunately, it happened and that’s it, she caused this tragedy, and she’s paying for it.
“As to whether I forgive her, the truth is God is the one who has to forgive, but, yes, for my part, she is forgiven.”
He did not, however, comment on the allegation that he had cheated on his wife of two years with her 15-year-old niece.
After the severing, Daiane had walked into her local police station with her brother and said: “Good evening, officer, I came to introduce myself, because I just cut off my husband’s penis.”
Daiane had taken a picture of the severed organ before flushing it down the lavatory.
When she handed herself in to the police she told them she had flushed it away because she had “heard that it was possible to reattach it.”
She was taken into custody and charged with attempted murder. The investigation is ongoing. The police have not commented on the woman’s claim that her husband had sex with her niece.
The age of consent in Brazil is 14, and Daiane has been jailed for 30 days pending the outcome of the investigation. With her lawyer Lucas Scardino Fries saying he is trying to get her bail.
