This hilarious video with nearly three million views online shows an adventurous goat hanging in the air from a set of cables after trying to escape its owner’s lorry.

Video from the city of Pingdingshan in Central China’s Henan Province shows the helpless animal dangling by its horns on 4th December.

The clip was filmed by a motorist travelling behind the lorry, which was hauling a herd of goats belonging to their owner.

The one curious goat, however, appears to have leapt from the vehicle into the sky in a bid to escape.

But its horns became hooked on the electrical cables running horizontally across the road, leaving it stranded there with no way down.

In the video, a female passenger in the car can be heard saying: “Doesn’t he want his goat any more?”

The driver hoots at the lorry, which then stops head, the video shows.

According to reports, the lorry driver eventually stopped to retrieve the goat.

Social media users have commented on how “calm” the animal appears to be despite getting itself into the pickle.

Netizen ‘Shizhi Qinmo Dongzai’ wrote: “Goat: ‘I’m online.’”
