Female Taxi Driver Sacked After Being Caught Cooking Over Open Fire In Car’s Boot

This is the bizarre moment a group of daredevils attempt cooking with an open flame in the back of a taxi car despite the risk of burning down the vehicle.

The incident was reportedly captured at a car park in Shanghai, China’s largest city.

Phone footage, shared on Douyin, China’s version of TikTok, on 15h January. Showed a female taxi driver cooking food in a large pot placed over a lit barbecue inside the car boot, surrounded by three men who stood watching.

From the video, it could also be seen that the small space in the boot was filled with boxes, and several other taxis were parked nearby.

Despite the flames at times reaching a few feet high, the group remained incredibly calm as they potentially risked burning down the vehicle and the ones parked next to it.
