This is the shocking moment a driver is sent flying out of his side window when another motorist shoots into the back of his car in a massive crash involving multiple vehicles.

The accident took place in the province of Eskisehir in north-western Turkey, when the driver, identified as Onur Mercan, apparently lost control of his car and crashed into the vehicles that were waiting at the traffic lights ahead of him.

The video filmed on CCTV shows vehicles at a standstill in traffic when suddenly a white car enters the shot at speed and slams into the back of another car before hitting a white van.

The grey car then crashes into the kerb and a bus while its driver is sent flying out the side window.

The white car’s driver is then seen gingerly getting out of his car.

Fifteen people were injured and were treated by medics, according to reports.

One of the victims reportedly suffered several fractures and was transferred to hospital, while the others luckily only had minor injuries.

Five cars were damaged in the incident, according to local media.

The investigation is ongoing.

Netizen ‘Ketur’ commented: “The man that caused the accident went out of his car as if nothing happened.”

And ‘Alamanci’ added: “Animal, does the street looks to you like a motorway?”
