This is the snow way moment a driver tows 15 people on tyre inner tubes down an icy road in central Russia.

Video footage of the stunt shows a 4X4 SUV with a tow rope attached with more than a dozen rubber tubes strung behind it pulling people along a frozen street.

Some seem barely able to hang on as the fishtale left and right as the vehicle pulls them cheering along the road. In Mytishchi, Moscow Oblast.

But furious police later quizzed the driver after the footage emerged on social media.

Ministry of Internal Affairs spokesperson Irina Volk. Said in a statement obtained by Newsflash on 21st January: “My colleagues from the Moscow region are clarifying the circumstances of the incident.”

She added: “During monitoring of the Internet, police officers from the Moscow Region. Discovered a video recording of a gross violation of the Traffic Rules.

“In the video, the driver of the SUV rides a group of people on tubes tied to the car, thereby endangering their lives and health.”

No one apparently injured in the incident, reports local media.
