Shotgun Goes Off Twice As Bouncers Try To Disarm Gunman

This is the moment bouncers at a nightclub try to wrestle a loaded shotgun out of the hands of a boozed-up partygoer and it goes off twice in the midst of the struggle.

The incident happened in a bar located on the Ciglomenskaya street in the city of Arkhangelsk, in the Russian Arkhangelsk Oblast region.

The man, who was not named but was reportedly age 36, is seen walking into the club with the shotgun which he then pointed at one of the bouncers.

The 18-year-old who was also not named had then reacted quickly, pushing the barrel away from himself and then together with another man trying to wrestle the shotgun free.

But as the CCTV camera footage shows, despite more people joining in the gunmen who was angry at not being allowed into the bar area refused to let go.

At one point the shotgun goes off, shooting at the door, and then towards the end of the video, it fires again, hitting the floor and causing debris to fly into the air apparently causing injury to one person in the footage.

Among those trying to disarm and was even a woman, and several times the gun was seen pointing dangerously at those trying to disarm the gunmen.

Local media said that the gunmen were drunk during the incident which took place in the early hours of the morning on 17th November.

When arrested by police, he claimed he had found the 16 calibre shotgun lying around outside.

The man when interrogated claimed that the gun went off accidentally, insisted that he had founded outside and had simply wanted to hand it over, but police revealed he had a previous record for violence.

They said the investigation was continuing.
