This is a Japanese man arrested after a series of incidents in which young women were splashed with urine thrown by a drive-by cyclist who then sped off afterwards.
In the latest incident in which he was arrested, a woman in her early 30s was walking back to her home in the Bunka neighbourhood of Tokyo’s Sumida Ward shortly before midnight on 29th July.
Police said that as he rode past, he splashed her with something from a plastic bottle that went over her left arm and what she described as a “yellow liquid”.
She complained to police who confirmed it was urine, and after examining security cameras were able to identify the man now arrested, identified as 23-year-old local man Masakazu Tajima.
He admitted that the urine was his and said he had staged the attack because he thought it was funny and amusing.
Police confirmed the man was now under arrest and being questioned over at least two other similar incidents involving women being splashed with urine in the same area of Tokyo which happened in April.
