This is the moment a smirking mum gives her young son beer and teaches him how to smoke a cigarette.
The incident was filmed in an unspecified location in Mexico and later shared on Twitter by netizen ‘Joaquin Lopez-Doriga’ where it has been viewed over 326,000 times.
In the clip, the mother is seen giving her young son bottled beer and then teaches him how to light up a cigarette and smoke it.
The sick mum, whose name has not been revealed, is heard saying “beer!” when allowing the youngster to swig from the bottle.
At one point, she even reprimands him for not holding the cigarette correctly.
Meanwhile, the boy proudly boasts: “Friends, I am smoking as well!”
According to local media, the video was broadcast live on social media and has since been widely shared, sparking outrage among netizens.
The video attracted attention from the local child services who vowed to “find the woman and the child”.
The authorities added: “Our commitment is to protect the child’s interests.”
Netizen ‘LuisGarzaR’ said: “Poor kid, having that mum. She should be stripped of her parental rights and locked up in a psychiatric hospital.”
‘Yazpakuk5’ commented: “There are definitely women who should not be mums.”
‘Patriciatat01’ wrote: “Miserable. She obviously hasn’t learned that children living in those situations end up in trouble. I hope they find her and do them both a favour, because it’s clear she has a problem.”
