This is the hilarious moment bus workers perform a musical dance routine to show that they are cleaning their vehicles well during the COVID-19 outbreak.

The incident was filmed in the city of Yekaterinburg in the south-western Russian region of Sverdlovsk Oblast and the footage has been widely shared on Russian social network VK.

According to local media, COVID-9 has affected the transport company’s finances and some employees have been laid off while others fear for their jobs.

The firm offers reportedly services to football teams and celebrity events, both of which have been halted for the unforeseeable future due to the virus pandemic.

To show residents and potential clients that their vehicles are spick and span, workers took part in a music routine that shows them cleaning the buses in full protective gear.

The music was recorded by the Little Big band for the Eurovision Song Contest, which has since been cancelled due to the virus pandemic, according to reports.

Company owner Oleg Avdeev told local media: “Due to the lockdown, we have lost a lot of business since 17th March. We are currently carrying out repair works.

“The situation is also affecting our summer business which is why we decided to make this video to show that our buses are clean and safe.”
