This is the moment a man in a tracksuit walking with a blonde in white hotpants steals the bike from a man who was lying unconscious in the street.

The incident took place in the streets Benito Lynch and Juan B. in the municipality of Troncos del Talar in the Tigre Partido in the Buenos Aires Province in north-western Argentina.

The footage shows the cyclist laying on the floor and not moving with the bike line next to him when the couple approach.

Then the man who is wearing a blue tracksuit walked up to the unconscious cyclist, and then carefully edges the bike out from under him before cycling away.

Meanwhile, the woman also turns round and heads back the way they have come leaving the unconscious man lying on the ground. An ambulance can later be seen arriving and helping the cyclist.

Reports said that the ambulance assisted the man and that he was not seriously injured. It is unclear why he was unconscious.

According to local media, the authorities watched the scene as they have set more than 1,800 security cameras that allow them to monitor the city in real-time.

Local authorities who were warned by the COT team operating the camera’s reportedly found the alleged robbers in a street drinking with a friend and arrested them.

The footage shows the moment local policemen found the couple and handcuffed them to arrest them.

Reports said that the suspects are currently in police custody as the investigation continues.
