Giuliano Stroe who was born in Italy to Romanian parents notched up a string of world records when he hit the global stage at the age of five and was later constantly in the media together with his brother Claudio.

In 2009, Giuliano achieved the fastest ten-metre hand walk with a weighted ball between his legs. A year later, he set a new Guinness World Record for performing the most number of push-ups without leg support.

Together with his family, he later obtained Italian citizenship, amid allegations that his father Julian was forcing him and his brother into an unhealthy physical fitness routine that would damage him later in life.

There were also briefly suggestions that the father would lose custody of the boys although that never happened.

Now aged 19, and after a long time away from social media, he is back on various platforms and quickly notched up a large number of followers with his gym routines.

In recent posts on his TikTok social network (@i_m_the_strongest_child), he demonstrated that he could still pull off the feat of doing 90-degree push-ups without his feet touching the ground.

His passion, however, is boxing, although in 2017 he had to step back in training because it appears the allegations that his father’s insistence on training hard had indeed affected his development.

Doctors said that due to the early weight-training he was left with muscle and bone development issues.

The musculature he developed at an early age had basically impact on his growth, although he insists it has not stopped him from continuing to enjoy a full sporting life.
