Blonde Seized For Topless Dog Walking Owns Bikini Store

A woman seized by police for walking topless with her dogs on a beachside road in Brazil designs and sells her own bikinis, it has emerged.

Blonde Caroline Werner, 36, amazed beachgoers in Balneario Camboriu with her eye-popping show.

With just a T-shirt tied around the waistband of her shorts, she strolled along the coastal road with two dogs on leads, astonishing passing bikers and motorists.

Local media reported that she was arrested by police and charged with indecent exposure after the stroll on Saturday, 13th May.

Photos show her being handcuffed by two officers before she was taken to a nearby police station. She was given a citation for indecent exposure before being released.

It was earlier reported that she faced up to a year in jail over the stunt. It is currently unclear if she faces further action.

Now it has emerged that she might have had no excuse not to cover up – as she runs her own bikini business called Col.

She has more than 31,000 Instagram followers and she uses her profile to model and promote her designs on trips all around the world.

Images of the brand’s products show Werner more modestly dressed for the beach in long skirts and tops.

The business website says: “Col was born with one goal: to unite comfort and versatility in timeless pieces that go from the beach to the city without complications.”

Ironically, Werner apparently failed to follow her own advice.

According to article 233 of the Penal Code of Brazil, committing an obscene act is punishable by three months to one year of imprisonment or a fine.

But that could be set to change, with politicians in Brazil examining a bill that would officially decriminalise being topless in public.

The proposal, put forward by Deputy Paulo Ramos (PDT-RJ), would amend the Penal Code to no longer punish exposing one’s body above the waist in any public setting — especially near beaches, riverbanks or at swimming pools.
