This beautiful woman is in a serious condition after she was stabbed multiple times by her estranged partner because he hated the fact she was a dancer and influencer and posted photos of herself online.

This security-camera video footage shows part of the brutal attack that unfolded in the victim’s home in the city of Ananindeua in the Brazilian state of Para on Saturday, 1st January.

Denize Carvalho de Souza, 30, suffered stab wounds to the arms, neck and face at the hands of Denilson Fernandes, 36, who brandished a knife from his belt, according to reports.

It is not clear why the suspect, who has ‘Denise’ tattooed on his arm, was at the woman’s house, though the fact he was carrying a knife suggests the alleged crime was premeditated.

After stabbing the victim, the suspect fled, and the Civil Police (Brazil’s investigative police force) were still looking for him at the time of writing.

The victim was taken by her mum to hospital, where she remained at the time of writing, and the mum, who preferred to remain anonymous, told TV Liberal: “I’m afraid my daughter won’t come home.”

The victim’s brother Dayvid Carvalho said the suspect was possessive and could not accept the fact that she was a dancer and influencer and posted photos of herself online.

The authorities have also said they believe the alleged crime, which has been registered as attempted femicide, was committed out of jealousy.

The couple had reportedly been together for 12 years, and their relationship was described as troubled.
