This beautiful 22-year-old football referee has said she has been crying and throwing up for two days after becoming the victim of revenge porn.

Diana Di Meo, who hails from the city of Pescara in the central Italian region of Abruzzo, told the local police: “I’ve been locked up at home, I’ve been crying and throwing up for two days.”

Di Meo referees local football games, but she is perhaps better known on Instagram, where she boasts almost 73,000 followers and where she posts regular snaps of herself flaunting her curvaceous figure.

However, her world was turned upside down when explicit photos and videos of the young referee were leaked without her knowledge on Telegram and WhatsApp.

Di Meo reported the incident to the local police, who will now investigate who was behind the leak.

She told her followers in a video: “These are private videos that have been stolen from me, someone must have managed to get into my mobile phone. Others, I have no idea how they were taken…

“I have filed a complaint and the authorities will take care of everything.”

The young woman also encouraged similar victims to speak out, writing: “I’m here to talk about it, many of us can’t do it and hide. I hope to give a voice to all those victims who are blamed, when in reality the culprit is on the other side of the screen… Today the victim is me, tomorrow it could be a person close to those who maybe now are watching the videos and smiling.”

The investigation to find the suspect is ongoing.
