Cops in Brazil have said that a bar owner raped 30 children, including his friends’ and customers’ sons, and was found with over 6,000 files showing minors being abused.

Sick William Luiz Ferreira, 29 was arrested on 22nd March for the sexual abuse of 30 boys in the municipality of Brotas, Sao Paulo State, over the last 13 years.

The suspect allegedly brainwashed the children and convinced them that it was “normal” for him to have sex with them, according to the police.

Police chief Douglas Falsarella Brandao do Amaral told local media: “From what we heard from some of the victims, he didn’t threaten them.

“He had time, spent the whole day sweet-talking, convincing the children. It wasn’t overnight, he was conditioning the victims so that the abuses would seem normal.”

The cops said that his approach was to follow the “classic method” followed by child abusers the world over.

This included offering them sweets and allowing them to play video games or pool for free at his bar.

Newsflash obtained a statement from the Brotas Police Station dated 22nd March.

It said: “After an investigation, the Civil Police of Brotas found out that a 29-year-old individual had been sexually abusing children and teenagers for over 10 years (victims ranging from 8 to 13 years old).

“More than 6,000 image and video files of the abuse were found on the paedophile’s electronic device.

“The paedophile, at the request of the Civil Police, had his pretrial detention decreed.

“The Civil Police is now working on identifying the victims.”
