This is the moment a naked man runs on the street in broad daylight during COVID-19 lockdown before being stopped by the cops who he told “I am high on cocaine so I went for a run”.

The incident was filmed in the neighbourhood of El Carbayu in the city of Lugones in the northern Spanish region of Asturias, and the footage has been widely shared on social media.

In the video, a stunned resident films the bearded naked man running along the street while holding his ‘tackle’ with one hand.

A police patrol car soon arrives on the scene and the naked jogger jumps backwards as they address him through the PA system.

A second clip shows him stopping two cars in the road before gesturing to a stunned pedestrian.
