This is the moment bus passengers cop an eyeful as they spot a naked man lying on the roof of a car being driven through the city streets.

According to local media, the incident took place in the city of Barranquilla in the northern Colombian department of Atlantico when the homeless man with mental health issues suddenly decided to climb on the car roof to be taken around town.

In the footage, the naked man is seen being driven along a bus lane as stunned passengers film with their phones.

Reports said that the car was soon stopped by the police and the man was told to get down from the roof. He was then taken to a nearby police station for questioning.

According to a police spokesperson, this kind of stunt is a fineable offence. However, it is unclear whether the man who is reportedly homeless and suffers from an unspecified mental illness has been charged.

Netizen ‘Carittochavez’ said: “It makes me laugh because the homeless man appears to enjoy it. Besides, the driver should be more thoughtful and prevent him from doing it. It could have been disastrous for the guy on the roof.”

Meanwhile, ‘Natflorez’ commented: “The truth is I am not surprised he did this because it has been so hot lately!”
