This is the way a porch pirate wearing a pair of women’s panties on his head was caught on camera stealing packages from people’s homes.

The bizarre disguise was supposed to shield his face from CCTV cameras at homes in Tulsa, Oklahoma state, USA, on 6th January,
But suspect Spencer Gougler was traced by police after apparently using his own car as a getaway vehicle.
Newsflash obtained a statement from the Tulsa Police Department on Saturday, 7th January, saying: “Porch Pirate with an unusual and questionably effective mask – Arrested.
“On 1-6-2023, Riverside Division Street Crimes was made aware of a porch pirate case in the neighborhood at 8100 S. Maybelle Ave.

“We were provided surveillance images of the suspect and Flock helped locate the suspect vehicle. One of our Street Crimes Officers recognized the suspect from previous porch pirate cases where the suspect was wearing women’s underwear as a mask.
“Officers located the suspect’s residence near Admiral and S. Rosedale Ave. We knocked on the door and saw the suspect, Spencer Gougler, inside the residence.
“Gougler remained inside the residence and would not talk with Officers.
“Officers with the Gilcrease Division Impact Unit assisted with containing the house, while a search warrant for the residence was obtained.
“After the warrant was signed, Gougler exited at the first announcement from officers.”
The police said that Gougler was arrested and booked on five counts of larceny, knowingly concealing stolen property, and grand larceny.
The police added: “This is an arrest and not a conviction.”

The investigation is ongoing.
