This aunt has been charged with stripping off her 10-year-old nephew in a bedroom and touching him inappropriately before her husband reportedly walked in on them.

The incident reportedly took place in early March when the unnamed boy was at his grandparents’ house on Lazaro Cardenas Street in the town of Moyotepec, in the municipality of Ayala, in the central Mexican state of Morelos.

According to official sources, the aunt, named Elsa, whose age was not reported, managed to convince the boy to go with her to a bedroom where she stripped off whilst also taking the minor’s clothes off.

She is then accused of touching the boy inappropriately. Reports state the woman’s husband then walked into the room and saw what was going on.

The victim’s mother was told about the incident and she then reported the case to the authorities.

The suspect was arrested and charged with sexually abusing her nephew.

The investigation is ongoing and will reportedly take three months.

The suspect was sent to preventive prison while the investigation is ongoing.
